Court officials say the Texas woman accused of killing her 6-year-old son in New Hampshire and disposing of his body in rural Maine will plead guilty to killing him.
Julianne McCrery, 42, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of her son, Camden Hughes, whose body was found alongside a dirt road in Maine in May.
A medical examiner said Camden died of asphyxiation. The mother and son had stayed in a New Hampshire motel the weekend before his body was discovered.
McCrery appeared in court in May to plead not guilty and has since waived all other court appearances.
A Rockingham Superior Court clerk says no date has been set for McCrery to enter her guilty plea.
Lawyers for McCrery did not immediately return calls seeking comment.
