State police are investigating the deaths of two people found in a home in Southbury Friday morning.
Troopers arrived at the home at 68 Chain Trail around 9:30 a.m. for a well-being check and found the bodies of a a man and woman in the home.
The deaths are being considered suspicious, but appear to be the result of a murder-suicide, according to Lt. Paul Vance.
Autopsies will be conducted. The names have not yet been released.
The Southbury scene is one of two locations where bodies have been found inside homes. Milford police are also investigating the discovery of two bodies at a house on Branca Court. There is no indication the cases are related.
