Flower Mound Traders Accused of $2.2M Fraud

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is charging two Flower Mound residents in a multi-million dollar foreign currency exchange fraud case.

Linda Faye Harris and Chance Domel Harris, as well as their companies CDH Forex Investments and CDH Global Holdings, all of Flower Mound, are accused of solicitation fraud, making false statements, and misappropriation of investor funds.

The Harris's businesses trade in off-exchange foreign currency contracts, also known as forex trading.

The CFTC says the Harris's allegedly fraudulent solicitation of investments topped $2.2 million. The complaint also states the Harris's misappropriated around $350,000 to pay rent on their home, make payments on a BMW, and pay credit card bills.
