If you can do jumping jacks for one minute, you can land a spot in the Guinness World Records.
First Lady Michelle Obama will be doing jumping jacks on the South Lawn of the White House next Tuesday, in an attempt to set the record for most people doing jumping jacks in a 24-hour period. She'll be joined by hundreds of school children.
She only needs 20,000 people to participate to set the record, and you can be among them. All you have to do is jump for one minute between 3:00 pm on Tuesday, October 11, and 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 13 to be counted.
