Jennifer Aniston joined Jill Biden and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius at a new state-of-the-art breast cancer treatment center in Alexandria.
The Inova Breast Care Center does not open until next week, but on Monday doctors showed off its new equipment. The center has advanced machines that are able to perform digital mammograms and breast MRIs.
Inova will also offer a variety of diagnostic and treatment options.
Monday's tour coincided with the kickoff of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Aniston was in town to attend the premiere of the Lifetime film series "Five," which follows the journeys of five women diagnosed with breast cancer.
