A car accident involving a tractor tailor has forced authorities to shut down the Manhattan-bound upper level of the George Washington Bridge is closed.
There are also lane closures on the lower level. Expect heavy delays.
At this time, traffic is delayed 60 to 90 minutes inbound and 30 to 45 minutes from other approaches.
The Lincoln Tunnel, with about a 30 minute wait, and the Holland Tunnel, with about a 10 minute wait, are both alternatives.
