One person is behind bars, accused in a deadly hit and run accident.
It happened along Montgomery Road near Baltimore Avenue in Beltsville, Maryland at 11:20 p.m. Tuesday night.
Prince George's County police said the victim was crossing the street when he was struck and killed.
Police are not releasing the driver's or the victim's name.
