During a search for a missing swimmer, lifeguards found a body in the middle of Mission Bay near Ski Beach on Tuesday.
Lifeguards were conducting an underwater search after a swimmer was reported missing last night near Crown Point off Mission Bay, according to Lt. Nick Lerma.
The body has not been positively identified as the missing swimmer. Lifeguards must wait for the Medical Examiner to make an identification.
