Mayor Rahm Emanuel will be heading to Little Rock this weekend to mark the 20th anniversary of Bill Clinton's presidential bid announcement.
The Friday-Saturday gathering will be a reunion of sorts of the former Clinton aides.
Emanuel served as senior advisor to Clinton between 1993 and 1998. He was President Barack Obama's chief of staff from 2009 to 2010 before resigning to run for Chicago mayor.
Clinton attended a campaign rally for Emanuel in January.
Emanuel heads to Des Moines on Nov. 19 to stump for Obama and provide the keynote speech for the Democratic Party’s Jefferson-Jackson Dinner, one of the party's biggest Iowa shindigs and a major 2012 re-election fundraiser.
