Police say a Central Texas restaurant owner heard telling a teenage waitress in short shorts to get up on the counter and dance has been arrested.
Myriam Luna was charged with employment harmful to children Wednesday.
The San Antonio Express-News reports that the 36-year-old woman was set to be released from Bexar County Jail after posting $16,000 bail Thursday night.
San Antonio police accuse Luna of allowing a 16-year-old girl to dance atop a counter in skimpy clothing at her Mexican restaurant.
An arrest warrant states that plain-clothes detectives "recorded several females in very revealing clothing waiting tables and dancing on tables and counters" at Sandy's Mexican Restaurant earlier this month.
Luna could not immediately be reached for comment. No attorney for her was listed in electronic jail records.
