Frost Warning Issued for North Texas

The National Weather Service has issued a  frost advisory for North Texas until early Saturday morning.

Most of the Metroxplex will likely hold in the 40s, but the surrounding areas will drop into the mid 30s as high pressure from Canada continues to settle across central and western Texas.

With the drop in temperatures, frost will be possible.

Winds are expected to be calm by midnight.

The high Saturday will climb back to near 70 degrees.
